Today was a good day at work. I had a coaching call at 11 am with 11 doTERRA leaders (yes I love angel numbers), and one of the women on the call raised her hand. She felt stuck and didn't know why.

The thing with blocks is that they are gems of unknown potential if they are brought up into the light.

But they are hidden, you do not see them, they're in your blind spots. The reason why they're holding the energy of huge unknown potential is because if you had known what was blocking you, you would do something about it - and move on and create exactly what you want - while impacting hundreds/thousands of people.

Whenever I meet someone that is experiencing being blocked, and that is willing to see it and do something about it - I light up.

In order to identify how being stuck looks like for her, I asked her questions and we found that she is enrolling, her team is happy, but she doesn't experience growth in rank and volume. We identified the primary energy of her team and we found that it is 100% aligned with her next goal. We also identified that her energy is in alignment with what she wants to create. So it all "looked" good, but still something was off.

We continued to dive deeper, and then we found it. Her block. Something she could not see on her own.

The minute that the block came up in the light, it was cleared. It is the most beautiful thing to witness.

And now she is hopefully filling her days with inspired actions and exploring how it is to be her without this block - and having fun all the way to the next rank (or the next block).

In my world we celebrate blocks the same way as ranks. It takes a lot of life force energy to uphold a block. And we have no idea how it drains us and limits our potential until it is released.
